The doctor or clinic you pick will be your Parkland HEALTHfirst Primary Care Provider (PCP) and will help take care of all your healthcare needs. In addition to PCP's in the community, Parkland Community Oriented Primary Care Centers (COPC) located in many different locations in Dallas County are also available. These clinics are designed to serve your health care needs.

Eligibility: Children and adults who meet certain income and assets requirements

Premium: Children who qualify for Medicaid most care at no cost to their family.
