(PCHP) is a Dallas-based regional managed care organization that was created to serve as a bridge connecting the community's uninsured population to programs and services designed specifically for them, including Medicaid Managed Care and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). PCHP is an integral part of Parkland Health and Hospital System which also includes Parkland Memorial Hospital, Community Oriented Primary Care and the Parkland Foundation.

We work with over 3,000 health care providers and organizations, including 30 hospitals and medical centers.

Our service area covers Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall counties.

We offer Parkland HEALTHfirst for Medicaid. If you're not on Medicaid, Parkland KIDSfirst may cover your children ages eighteen and under.

We also provide CHIP Perinatal services.
